Hyperhidrosis is excessive sweating that worsens quality of life. At our clinic we offer two effective solutions: injection botulinum therapy blocks the function of the sweat glands, and device-based RF therapy reduces their activity without injections.
Anesthesia
- For botulinum therapy: topical or infiltration (for the feet and palms).
- For RF therapy: usually not required; for increased sensitivity a topical cream may be used.
Recovery period
- Botulinum therapy: return to your usual routine immediately, slight redness for a few hours.
- RF therapy: redness and mild swelling for up to 1–2 days, without restrictions on everyday activity.

Equipment and techniques
- Botulinum therapy: insulin needles, microinjections with even distribution of the product.
- RF therapy: a modern EndyMed Pro radiofrequency device with temperature control, monopolar/bipolar handpieces.

- RF therapy: no products used.

Contraindications
- Pregnancy, lactation.
